Returns & exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges. Please e-mail first and tell us what you are returning and why. Also tell us what you want to exchange it for so that we can reserve the new product. On exchanges due to error on our part or defective product we pay all shipping. If for your preference you pay all shipping.

Return for refund: you pay shipping back to us, and your refund will be minus the actual original shipping cost.

Other terms: All US shipping is $5 for any order. outside the US our software does not calculate the shipping, we have to generate your order manually. So please e-mail us.

90% of orders ship within 24 hours of order. You will get tracking information, but if you log on to your account there will not be status updates. Please email us if you need more info.
